Personalized Wardrobe Planner

Formify is an online wardrobe planner that transforms custom furniture design. As Design Director and co-founder (2019–2022), I collaborated with Dutch Interior designer Robert Kolenik to create a mobile-first platform that simplifies customization. With real-time 3D visualization and integrated e-commerce, clients can efficiently design personalized solutions.

Key Challenge

Due to the diverse layouts of Dutch houses, complete customization is necessary to meet customer demands for reasonably priced, middle-range solutions. Further, existing closet configurators are overly complex, technical, and overloaded with information.

Design-fit Challenges

Buying closets online can be challenging for users who lack a clear understanding of the actual material's look and feel. Additionally, technical size drawings can easily misrepresent a user's true dimensions, leaving them uncertain about fit. These two challenges often lead to hesitation and confusion during the online shopping experience.
